NeuroNex3 POSTERS

We will use the platform spatial.chat to have an interactive, social poster session.

Posters are available for viewing now: https://spatial.chat/s/neuronex3?password=j5LGq

Note: spatial.chat does not work with Explorer. Chrome is best but Safari works too.

Save your poster as a PNG or JPG file. Guidance on optimal design can be found in the image to the right and in the practice room linked above though both landscape and portrait designs will work. Try to keep the file size as small as possible with resolution at no more than 2000 pixels. Image can be tested. All posters will be loaded on the website before the meeting.

Name your poster file: LastName_FirstInital_NNX3

Please upload your poster to Google Folder by Friday October 23 at 5pm EDT.

The upload link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lFSrhewWIA4CdiEDHixjgqzEURbOhVFy?usp=sharing

All posters will remain up for the whole conference.

Poster Presentation Dates

Presentations date will be by last name of presenter.

A-K Poster Session A on Wednesday, October 28, 11:40am-1:00pm EDT

L-Z Poster Session B on Thursday, October 29, 12:10pm-1:25pm EDT

POSTER LIST

Tips for making a good virtual poster:

1.  Horizontal/landscape layout will fit in the space better but vertical/portrait layout will also work.

2. Font size should be larger than it would be for a normal poster. Visitors will be able to zoom in on each poster image within the virtual room, but the zoom is limited. Once uploaded, the poster image can easily resized, so ABSOLUTE font size does not matter, only font size RELATIVE to the poster's overall dimensions. But to ensure good resolution, and for convenience, we recommend designing your poster at life-size dimensions and using correspondingly large fonts (see sample above right).

Spatial.chat does not have a pointer option (it's due to launch in October but may not be ready intimate for us). One workaround is to share a photo of a pointer image, resize it and drag it as needed. 2 download options below.
